Returns & Exchange



We will be happy to refund you or proceed with an exchange in a delay of 14 days after you receive the product. 

Our policy lasts 14 days after the product has been received by the client. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we (Wall-Vision) can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The delay is applicable and start on the date the order has been delivered.

When returning an item to our store, you must follow the instruction below:

  1. Contact the Customer Services Department at;
  2. Explain the reason of the returns or exchanges and include the purchase proof as the electronic receipt or receipt number;
  3. If the reason of your returns is due to quality or damages, please provide us with pictures as proof.
  4. If your item(s) qualifies for a returns and has been approved, an Agent from the Customer Services Support team will contact you in a delay of 72 hours and provide you with instructions.

      The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Shipping and handling-charge are non-refundable unless the returns is due to a manufacturing defects.



        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused and in the same conditions that you received it.

        Non-refundable items:  

        •  Gift cards ;
        •  Downloadable software products ;
        •  Any item not in its original condition, in the original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error ;
        • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the purchase date.

          Our products are fully warranty against defects in materials and workmanship within 1 year guarantee from the purchase date. Wall Vision won’t be responsible and won’t be able to replace or repair the product after the delay 

          If you product broke due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without any additional charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

          The products eligible for warranty are covered only to the original owner, within 1 year from the purchase date.

          What to do to apply the warranty program?

          • The customer need to contact Wall Vision Customer Service Support at by explaining the issue with the product, pictures and a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
          • An agent will contact you in a delay of 72 hours following the reception of your request and will give you a RMA code that the customer must place inside the courier package.

          Wall Vision won’t proceed with any exchanges, repairs or returns if the Customer Service Support team has not been aware of the situation by the customer and no RMA code has been attributed before the arrival of the goods at the manufacturer.
