Which methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods :

Can I modify my method of payment after the order is placed?
Unfortunately, we can't modify your method of payment after the order is placed. If you want to change the method of payment, you must cancel the order and create a new one.
I did not get a confirmation email for my order?
If you have not received a confirmation email for your order, kindly verify that the email did not go to your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it then, please contact us for assistance.
Is it possible to place an order by phone?
Orders can only be placed online through wall-vision.com.
Unfortunately, for security reasons, we can't take orders by phone but an agent will happily guide you through the online process if you need any assistance.
ORDER AND SHIPPING
How long does order processing take?
Because we have a wide variety of designs in multiple sizes, we do not keep inventory and our products are made to order. Processing your order takes about 48-72 hours after the payment confirmation is received.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday except on National Holidays.
Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays.
What carrier do your orders ship?
Most orders within Canada and U.S. are shipped via FeDex, UPS and DHL.
What is the shipping cost?
What is best than having free shipping fee with no minimum? Simply none. That's why we are very happy to offer free international standard shipping for all orders with no minimum order amount.
What is the shipping option?
We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders and Express Shipping on orders above 75$ USD.
Express shipping takes about 4-7 days to arrives to destination located in Canada and United States and in between 7 to 10 days Worldwide. Oversized order are shipped by UPS Express and are received in between 3 to 5 business days in North America, 5 to 8 days Worldwide. Standard shipping takes about 7-14 days to arrive to destination located in Canada and United States and in between 14 to 21 days Worldwide
Please note that Standard Shipping Services is running during business days, Monday to Friday. Express shipping is running 7/7 days.
Delivery time may be longer due to reasons beyond our control including Holidays, High Volume Shipment, Weather Condition, Technical Issue, Customs and more.
How can I track my order?
We will notify you when your order is shipped with the tracking number and the appropriate link to track your parcel.
I didn't wrote the right delivery address, is it possible to change it?
It’s your responsibility to verify that the address is accurate and complete during the Check Out process. We won’t be responsible for any error during this process. If you wrote the wrong address, please contact our General Department at email@example.com. We will make all our efforts to change the delivery location.
For reason out of our control, Fees may apply from the Courier Company to change the Delivery Location after it left our facilities.
I've received my order and some items are missing?
If you received a package and an item is missing, you must verify the email you've received for shipping confirmation to confirm if your order has been sent in a single or multiple package.
It's possible we have shipped some of the items separately if they were ready and we were expecting a delay for one of the item. Depending on the size of the product ordered, a part of your order including oversized items might be sent with a different carrier in a second package.

What to do if my package is lost or hasn't arrived?
If you have not received your package within 30 days, please email us at email@example.com and we will arrange a new shipment for you with compensation.

What is the return policy?
WE HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR PURCHASE. BUT IN CASE YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT(S)..
We will be happy to refund you or proceed with an exchange in a delay of 14 days after you receive the product.
Our policy lasts 14 days after the product has been received by the client. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we (Wall-Vision) can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us before you receive the email confirmation that your order has shipped.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours after you have purchased your art prints. Unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel any orders after the production has started.
What do you mean by “FINAL SALE”? Can we return an item in liquidation?
From time to time, we do liquidation sale for overstock products and clearances.
Items on final sale or liquidation are not exchangeable or refundable.
When will I be refunded for my return?
Your refund will be processed within 48 hours once your return has been received and verified.
